The North Carolina Chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI) will present the award to the TradeMark community at the Chapter’s annual meeting in Raleigh on September 23, 2011. More than 70 associations across the state made entries in the various categories of competition.

TradeMark was designed by David Furman of David Furman Architecture. The structure is a modern design with a floor-to-ceiling glass appearance.
