A newly constructed community, River Park of Mount Holly, is being developed by Hinshaw Properties.  When completed, the new community will have 180 single family homes. Henderson Properties Manager Stacey Gillespie will be handling the River Park Homeowners Association Management.

The Providence Commons neighborhood on Providence Road chose Henderson Properties to oversee its  association including 180 single family homes. Julie Shadrick will manage the community.

The Greybriar neighborhood, near Lake Wylie, includes 186 single family homes and will be managed by Suzanne Crosser.

The largest of the new communities, Heritage Green in Cornelius, has 515 single family homes and will be managed by Matt Pryor. Henderson Properties' community association management division offers a full range of services to homeowners and condominium associations.
