Henderson Properties Realtor Christy Heyman has earned the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), a national designation achieved by only 19% of Realtors nationwide. The GRI signifies mastery of an intense training program that includes a minimum of 90 hours of classroom instruction covering a variety of subjects including: contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance, and risk reduction. The Realtors Institute is co-sponsored by the North Carolina Real Estate Educational Foundation and the North Carolina Association of Realtors.
